During the 1950s, the scientists of Toxicity Laboratory, without yet knowing the ultimate effects, used radiation in a series of experiments with aspirations of producing more plentiful crop yields, curing disease, and creating larger breeds of livestock. What they found, however, was more horrific than they could have ever imagined. It all came to an end in 1959 when an accident involving the lab’s reactor trapped everyone, and everything, inside. Now, after having lain in a state of decay for 50 years, the lab has been recently rediscovered….and some of the test subjects still remain.
Scare Camp: The Legend of Bag Face
A bizarre string of disappearances have occurred in the outskirts of Oxford, Ohio over the past 50 years. To date 38 have been reported missing. Outlandish claims told around campfires say that the victims were brutally murdered before being partially devoured by a creature called Bag Face. There have been many sightings of the monster but no one has been able to present any evidence of his existence to this day. On Friday, October 16th, 2009 a team of campers are set to spend the night in the woods where the activity is said to have occurred. Their goal is to discover if there is any truth to the legend that surrounds the man they call Bag Face.
Beginning at 5 PM on Friday, October 16th you may set up your camp site at Hannon’s Camp America in the designated Scare Camp area. Throughout the night several events will take place that unfolds this legend in an experience in terror that is completely interactive as you will star in your own slasher film. If at any time you become too scared to continue, we will have a safe zone for you to spend the remainder of the evening.
Camp sites have no power or water but there are restrooms on the grounds. You may bring an RV but the experience will not be as scary as when the only thing separating you from the brutal killer is a thin layer of cloth. In addition to your shelter and bedding, be sure to bring food to cook around the fire, flash lights, appropriate clothing for the weather, and plenty to drink.
Admission to Scare Camp is $15 per person or you can add an admission to the Toxicity Haunted Attraction for a combined ticket price of $20. This event is one night only and the terror will last until 10 AM on Saturday, October 17th.

It is the year 2012 and pestilence runs rampant across the globe: a virus that causes the dead to walk the Earth. Many countries have tried to contain the epidemic by using their nuclear technology, causing the sky to turn black with ash. Crops have died and many that were not killed by the undead have starved to death. On the cusp of Armageddon, it seems humanity’s only chance for survival is to go where it all began: the laboratory where the virus was engineered. There the first infected, Patient 0, must be found in an attempt to find a cure.
· You and your group will enter this terrifying event in total darkness, given only one glow stick to light your way. Once you enter you WILL NOT be let out if you become too frightened or scared and must find your own way to the end.
· If your glow stick is lost or stolen by a monster you WILL NOT be given another and will be left to find your way out of this extreme, heart stopping event in total darkness.
